French Green beans with Prosciutto

- Steam the green beans for ten minutes (longer if they are frozen) until they are HALF-cooked. After, remove from heat and keep the lid off.

- Sauté the garlic in butter for 5 minutes in a large fry pan.
- Add the green beans, salt and pepper into the fry pan and gently mix the beans into the garlic butter. Cover the beans with a lid.
- If the green beans start getting dry, turn the heat down and add a little more butter.
- The beans are finished cooking when they are still a nice brighter green color. Do not over-cook the green beans.
- When the green beans are cooked, divide them into six portions.
- Lay down a piece of prosciutto and place the green beans in a straight bundle in the middle. Wrap the meat around the green beans giving the meat a little twist with the end pieces creating a bow-like appearance.
